Refund Policy

1. General Refund Rules

Since we provide digital content that is available immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally handled according to the following criteria:

  • Technical Issues: if the Service does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

  • Accidental Purchases: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis if the service has not been used.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Residents)

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Note: By clicking "Pay" or "Subscribe" and accessing the premium features of the AI Translator app, you expressly consent to begin the performance of the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is accessed.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund by:

  1. Using the link in your Paddle email receipt.

  2. Contacting Paddle’s support via https://checkout.paddle.com/help

  3. Contacting our support at qas@hasarmoshe49app.com, and we will assist in coordinating with Paddle.

4. Effects of Refund

Upon a successful refund, your access to the premium features of the mobile application will be terminated immediately.
