Welcome to AI Translator App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the subscription services for our mobile translator application (the "Service").
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By placing an order, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Services
We provide a digital subscription that unlocks premium translation features in our mobile application. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation through Paddle.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/yearly) unless canceled.
Pricing: Prices include applicable VAT/GST as calculated by Paddle based on your location.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting Paddle’s support.
4. Use of Service
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We do not guarantee that the translations provided are 100% accurate and are not liable for any damages resulting from translation errors.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QAS DOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
